Emerald Cut Moissanite Bezel Three Stone Engagement Ring

Three emerald cut moissanite in a row, each one held in its own full bezel: a larger stone in the centre and a smaller one on each side. The side stones are set slightly lower and turned the same way as the centre, so all three read as one long horizontal block of step cut lines. There are no claws anywhere on this ring.

Bezel setting an emerald cut is not the easy option. The metal rim has to follow the stone corner for corner, including the cut corners, and any inaccuracy shows immediately. Doing it three times over is what makes this design look as clean as it does: from above there is nothing but stone and a narrow even outline of metal. The band stays plain and slim so the three bezels carry the whole ring.

How it compares to our other emerald cut three stone rings

We list every design separately. Our tapered baguette three stone rings use narrow rectangular step cut sides bar set between rails. Our trillion three stone uses triangular brilliant cut sides in claws. This one is the only three stone in our emerald cut range where all three stones are the same shape as each other and all three are bezel set. That makes it the most graphic and the most protected of the group: three matching rectangles in a row, no claws anywhere, and nothing standing proud of the metal.

Metals and sizes

Choose from 925 sterling silver, or 10K, 14K and 18K gold in yellow, rose and white. All gold is solid, not plated and not filled. White gold is rhodium finished and is the metal shown here, which keeps the bezel rims almost invisible against the stones. In yellow or rose gold the three outlines become a clear part of the design. Centre stone sizes run from 2 carat to 5 carat, with the side stones scaled in proportion.

Made to order in our own workshop

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat, India. Every ring is made by our own team once you order. Each bezel is formed around its actual stone rather than made to a standard size, which is why we cannot cut this work short. If you would like larger or smaller side stones, or the stones spaced further apart, tell us in the order notes before we begin.

Care

Moissanite is 9.25 on the Mohs scale and suits daily wear. A full bezel is the most protective setting there is, and with three of them this is one of the most practical rings we make for people who work with their hands. Clean with warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush, brushing under the stones where light enters. Dry with a soft cloth. There are no claws to snag or to check.

Resizing

The band is plain, so this ring resizes by one to two sizes without touching the bezels. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure of the finger size and we will help you measure.

Shipping and returns

Made to order, typically ready to dispatch in 10 to 14 working days because three bezels have to be individually fitted, with worldwide insured shipping and tracking. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition.

Questions people ask

Is the centre stone a diamond? No. All three stones are moissanite, a gemstone in its own right. We do not describe it as a diamond.

Does a bezel make the stones look smaller? The rim covers the extreme edge of each stone, so the face up area is very slightly reduced. Against that, the rims add width and the three stones together read wider on the finger than a single stone of the same weight.

Why are all three the same shape? Because it makes the strongest line. Matching emerald cuts side by side continue the same parallel facets across the whole head, which is the point of the design.

Can I wear a wedding band with it? Yes, and this is one of the easiest of our designs to pair. There are no claws and the profile is low, so a straight band sits completely flush.

Does the price change with carat size? Yes. The 2 carat is the base price and each larger size adds a small amount. The exact price appears when you select a combination.
