We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Items that do not have the original jewelry tag, or items that have been worn, damaged, or altered, are not eligible for a refund. Such items will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

  • Any item that has been worn or received as a replacement/exchange is not eligible for a refund.

  • Customized or special order items (such as changes in ring size, diamond size, stone type, engraving, color, or design modifications requested by the customer) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Items purchased from the clearance collection are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Mapple Gems that’s why we offer a 14-day return & exchange policy If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received. (The tracking number should be send to us in 7 days once customer and service are in agreement on return and exchange.)
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Attention: All rose/yellow gold Jewelry are plated color on the surface of 925 silver. During daily wear, rubbing or bumping will cause fade, which is normal. It is not a quality issue.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

1.Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 7 days.
2.The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit (gift card) as you requested.

Please Note:
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of  Mapple Gems representatives to get an authorization.
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

  • Mapple Gems will reimburse customer $10 as the return shipping fee via store credit under the following circumstances.

1. Customer received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact  Mapple Gems within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

  • When it comes to exchange, customers will be charged $10 for the exchange shipping fee via PayPal under the following circumstances.

1.Customer ordered the wrong size.
2.Customer does not like the item in person.

  • All of the returns without authorization will be refunded in the form of store credit(gift card), please contact one of our customer service representatives first to get authorization if you want your refund be issued to your original payment method.
  • Items that are being returned&exchanged should be new, and unworn.They should be kept in its original condition with size tags. (Items without a tag are not refundable or exchange)
  • We will issue a $10 store credit(gift card) for exchange & return as a reimburse for the shipping fee our customers might have paid for sending packages back.
