Do you accept custom orders?

Yes — custom design is at the heart of what we do. Visit our Custom Design page to submit a brief; we'll reply within 1–2 business days with a quote and sketches.

How long does it take to make a piece?

Most ready-to-order pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces typically take 3–5 weeks from design approval, depending on complexity.

What if I don't know my ring size?

We send a complimentary ring sizer with any engagement ring order. You can also use our printable ring size guide, or contact us and we'll walk you through it.

Can you engrave my piece?

Yes — most rings and bands can be engraved with up to 25 characters at no extra charge. Add your engraving in the order notes at checkout, or email us within 24 hours of ordering.

What stones do you offer?

We specialise in lab-grown diamonds and moissanite, with a curated selection of natural gemstones for custom pieces. Every stone is hand-picked by our atelier in Surat.

Are lab-grown diamonds 'real' diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds — the only difference is how they're made. They're compared in detail here.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every Mapple Gems piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, and loss aren't covered, but we offer affordable repair services for those.

How should I care for my jewellery?

Store each piece separately in its pouch, away from moisture. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush every few weeks. Avoid wearing during exercise, swimming, or housework.

Do you offer wholesale or B2B?

Yes — please email mapplegems@gmail.com with your business details and we'll send our wholesale catalogue and terms.

02 · Shipping

Shipping & delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to over 60 countries with fully insured, tracked delivery. Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the world.

Which couriers do you use?

We ship with FedEx, DHL, and UPS depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

How long does delivery take?

India: 2–4 business days. USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia: 4–7 business days. Rest of world: 5–10 business days, after the piece has been made.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. We declare every shipment honestly to avoid delays.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes — rush production + express shipping is available for an additional fee. Email mapplegems@gmail.com before ordering and we'll confirm timelines.

Is my order insured?

Every order is fully insured during transit at no cost to you. If your package is lost or damaged in shipping, we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Returns & exchanges.

What is your return policy?

You can return any non-custom piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. See the full return & exchange policy for details.

Can I return a custom piece?

Custom and engraved pieces are made just for you and are non-returnable. Custom orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring your return for the full value of the piece — Mapple Gems is not responsible for items lost in transit on returns.
