A two ring bridal set built around an elongated marquise lab grown diamond held in a sculptural bezel, where the metal sweeps around the stone in a single curved sheet instead of gripping it with claws. The engagement ring is deliberately quiet, all line and no ornament, and it is paired with a pave eternity band set with round brilliants the whole way round. Worn together the pave band sits above the marquise and frames it, which is what makes the pairing work rather than simply stacking two unrelated rings. A bezel is also the most protective setting there is, which matters on a marquise because the two points are the part of the stone most exposed to knocks. Every diamond is a laboratory grown diamond, identical in carbon structure, hardness and brilliance to a mined diamond, graded E colour and VVS2 clarity. Both rings are made to order together in our own Surat workshop and the set ships with a free IGI certificate for the centre stone.

All gold options are solid gold, never plated or filled. White gold is finished with rhodium for a bright white surface. Yellow gold is the metal shown in the photographs and it suits this design particularly well, because the wide bezel gives the warm tone somewhere to read.

Custom orders

Want the marquise set east to west across the finger, a half bezel instead of a full one, the eternity band shortened to a half band so it resizes more easily, a plain wedding band, a different centre shape, engraving inside either shank, or the engagement ring on its own without the band, we can make it. Is the price for both rings

Yes. The price shown is for the complete two ring set, engagement ring and wedding band together, in the metal and carat weight you select. If you only want the engagement ring, contact us before ordering and we will quote it separately.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond

Yes. A lab grown diamond is real diamond. It has the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale, the same refractive index and the same fire and brilliance as a mined diamond. The only difference is that it was grown in a controlled laboratory over a few weeks instead of underground over billions of years. No jeweller can tell the difference by eye, only specialist equipment reading growth patterns can separate the two.

Why choose a bezel setting for a marquise diamond

A marquise has two sharp points, and those points are structurally the weakest part of the stone. A bezel wraps metal around the whole girdle, so the points are covered rather than exposed. It also snags far less on clothing and hair than a claw setting, which makes it a practical choice for anyone who works with their hands. The trade off is that slightly less light enters from the sides, which is why we keep the bezel thin at the top edge.

Do the two rings sit flush together

Yes. The wedding band is shaped to sit against the engagement ring without a gap, which is the main reason to buy a set rather than pairing two rings bought separately. The photographs show the two rings as they sit when worn.

Can a pave eternity band be resized

Only within a very narrow range, because there is no plain metal left in the shank to cut and rejoin. If you expect your size to change, tell us when you order and we will make the wedding band as a three quarter pave instead, which resizes easily and looks identical from the front.

Does this set come with a certificate

Yes. Every set ships with a free IGI certificate for the centre stone. IGI is the International Gemological Institute, one of the largest independent diamond grading laboratories in the world. The certificate confirms the carat weight, the E colour grade, the VVS2 clarity grade and the laboratory grown origin. There is no extra charge for the certificate.

How long will my order take and can I return it

Every piece is made to order, so nothing is pulled off a shelf. Production takes about 10 to 12 working days and shipping is 3 to 5 working days after that with tracked international courier. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn pieces in original condition.

Why buy a lab grown diamond

A lab grown diamond gives you a materially identical stone for a fraction of the price of a mined equivalent, which is what makes a 4 carat or 5 carat marquise centre realistic on a normal budget. Because the origin of every stone is documented from the moment it is grown, a lab grown diamond is conflict free by definition. Growing a diamond also avoids the open pit excavation, land disruption and water use that mining a comparable stone requires, so the environmental cost is considerably lower. For most buyers the practical result is simple, a bigger and cleaner diamond, with a paper trail you can actually verify.
