Bezel Set Emerald Cut Moissanite Eternity Band: A Buyerβs Guide
A full circle of emerald cuts, each in its own smooth bezel. Why this is one of the most wearable eternity bands, and the one rule that comes with it.
Written by the Mapple Gems workshop, Surat Β· Updated 13 October 2026
Short answer: This full eternity band sets emerald cut moissanites (about 1.50 ct total) all the way round, each in its own bezel. Bezels leave no prongs to catch or wear, so it is one of the smoothest, most durable stone-set bands. It is made to order in 925 silver or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold. Like any full eternity band, it cannot be resized.
Emerald cuts in a row give a calm, architectural rhythm: broad flashes rather than glitter. Setting each one in its own bezel turns the band into a smooth chain of metal frames, comfortable against neighbouring fingers and gentle on the ring beside it. Our latest order was in 10K white gold.
Why bezels make a better eternity band
| Prong-set eternity | Bezel-set eternity (this band) | |
|---|---|---|
| Snagging | Possible | Almost never |
| Stone protection | At the prongs | Whole outline, all four corners |
| Against the ring beside it | Exposed stones can mark it | Mostly metal to metal |
| Light | More from the sides | Mostly from the top |
An emerald cutβs cropped corners are its weak points, and a bezel protects every one of them. The underside of a full eternity band takes many knocks; bezels shrug them off better than prongs.
The sizing rule
A full eternity band has stones where a jeweller would cut and adjust metal, so it cannot be resized. Measure when your fingers are largest, usually in the evening, as an inside diameter in millimetres from a ring that already fits. If you will stack it with an engagement ring, measure with both on.
From the workshop
Our latest customer chose this band in 10K white gold. White goldβs colour comes from rhodium plating, and on a bezel band the tops of the bezel rims are the first places it wears, because they are the highest metal on the ring. 10K white gold has a warmer base colour than 18K, so a thinning rim shows as a faint warmth. Re-plating every one to two years restores it β a routine bench job. Yellow and rose gold never need it, which is worth weighing on a band you will wear every day for decades.
Before you order: a short checklist
- Measure your finger carefully, in the evening, in millimetres.
- If stacking, size with your engagement ring on.
- Choose your metal knowing white gold needs re-plating.
- Consider a half eternity if your size may change.
- Store it in its own pouch.

Frequently asked questions
What is a bezel set eternity band?
A band with stones all the way round, each held in its own rim of metal instead of prongs.
Is a bezel eternity band durable?
Very. Bezels protect each stoneβs whole outline and have no prongs to bend or catch.
Can it be resized?
No. As a full eternity band it has no plain metal to adjust.
How many carats is the band?
About 1.50 carats in total, depending on ring size.
Will it scratch my engagement ring?
Much less than an exposed-stone band, because the stones sit inside metal rims.
