An elongated pear lab grown diamond over a concealed halo that follows the whole outline of the stone, on a plain band drawn down to a fine round wire.

The concealed halo on a pear is a harder piece of setting than it looks. On a round or an oval the halo is a closed curve of even radius and the stones can all be the same size. A pear changes radius continuously, tight at the point and broad at the rounded end, so the stones have to be graded down toward the tip and the spacing recalculated as the curve turns, or the row visibly bunches at one end. Done properly it produces a second pear of light directly beneath the first, exactly the same shape and slightly smaller, and that repetition is what makes the profile of this ring interesting. Everything below it is stripped back. The band is a plain round wire, the basket is minimal, and there is no shoulder decoration, so the doubled outline at the head is the only thing to look at.
