A very large oval lab grown diamond in four broad claws on a plain rounded band, sized so the stone spans almost the full width of the finger.

At this scale the design decisions invert. On a two carat ring the job is to make the stone look larger, which is why fine bands and hidden halos exist. On a stone this size the stone needs no help, and the job becomes making it wearable. That means broad claws rather than fine ones, because the mass being held is considerable and thin metal would deform under a knock. It means a rounded band of proper section, because a wire shank would flex under the weight of the head and would dig into the finger beside it. And it means nothing else at all on the ring, because any accent stone next to a diamond of this spread simply disappears. What is left is the plainest possible construction executed heavily enough to carry the stone, which is how large solitaires have always been made.

Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour as a mined diamond and is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.
