The band on this ring splits into two strands as it approaches the centre stone, and the two cross over one another before meeting the setting. One strand stays plain and highly polished. The other carries a line of round moissanite accents that tapers to nothing at the point where the strands separate.

Because one strand passes over the other rather than running parallel, the shoulders read as a soft twist rather than a straight split, and the crossing point sits just below the oval on each side. The centre stone is held in four slim claw prongs with an open space beneath the head, so light travels straight through the middle of the ring.

Care

Clean with warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, working into the gap between the two strands where dust collects. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth. Remove the ring before swimming or heavy work.

No. The strands sit flush against one another and the accents are bead set below the top edge of the metal.

It needs a soft brush rather than just a rinse, but it is open on both sides so nothing gets trapped.
