An oval cut lab grown diamond with a large oval diamond standing on each side of it, all three the same shape and all three set upright, and each side stone carried in its own separately built open basket rather than in a shared head.

Repeating the centre shape is the oldest way to make a trilogy read as one idea, and the interesting part of this ring is how the three stones are mounted rather than what shape they are. Most three stone rings build a single head, with the side stones hung off the same collar that carries the centre. Here each side oval has its own complete basket, with its own four claws and its own legs running down to the shank, standing independently beside the centre stone. Looked at from the side you can see three separate structures side by side with daylight between them, which is a very different object from one wide head. It also lets the side stones be much larger than a shared collar would allow, because each one is supported on its own rather than borrowing strength from the middle. The three ovals all run upright, long axis along the finger, so the trio makes one continuous elongated line rather than spreading across the hand. The band is a fine round shank left entirely plain.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond
Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the same optical behaviour as a mined diamond, and it is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate

What does it mean that each stone has its own basket
Each side stone is mounted in a complete setting of its own, with its own claws and its own legs down to the band, rather than hanging off the collar that holds the centre stone. From the side you see three separate structures with daylight between them.

Why does that matter
It lets the side stones be considerably larger, because each is supported independently instead of borrowing strength from the middle, and it gives the head an open architectural look rather than one solid mass of metal.

How is this different from your other oval sided trilogy
The other sets modest oval sides in line on a shared head and a plain slim band. This one uses much larger side stones, each in its own separately built open basket.

Why use oval side stones rather than pears or rounds
Repeating the centre shape keeps one silhouette running across the finger. Pears introduce points and rounds introduce a different outline; ovals simply continue the line.

Why are all three set upright
Running them along the finger makes one continuous elongated form and lengthens the hand. Laid across, the same stones would spread the ring outward instead.

Can this ring be resized
Yes, comfortably. The shank is plain and unset.

Why buy a lab grown diamond

Side stones this large in the same shape as the centre have to match it closely in colour, clarity and proportion, or the line across the finger looks uneven. Three matched ovals in mined material would be expensive and slow to assemble.
