An oval cut lab grown diamond in six claws with a pear cut diamond claw set on each side, points turned outward along the finger, on a slim tapered band left entirely plain.

The choice of pears rather than rounds or trapezoids for the side stones is what makes this version of the three stone work with an oval centre. A round side stone sits beside an oval and the two outlines argue, because one is a circle and the other is not. A pear repeats the curve of the oval at its wide end and then resolves into a point, so the eye reads the three stones as one continuous shape that starts narrow, swells at the centre and narrows again. Set with their points outward the pears also stretch the design along the finger rather than across it, which is why a three stone oval looks longer and more elegant than a solitaire of the same centre weight. The side stones are set slightly lower than the centre and tipped very gently outward, so they catch light at a different angle and do not simply mirror the oval. Below all of that the shank is plain, round in section and tapered toward the back, with no pave and no gallery decoration, because the three stones already carry the design.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond
Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the same optical behaviour as a mined diamond, and it is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.
