An oval cut lab grown diamond in four claws with round accents running down each shoulder in an alternating rhythm, a substantial stone followed by a much smaller one, each individually claw set with plain polished metal between them.

Spaced accents are usually either all one size or graduated steadily smaller as they travel away from the centre. This does neither. The stones alternate between two clearly different sizes, large then small then large then small, so instead of a run that fades out the shoulders carry a rhythm that keeps returning. That distinction matters more than it sounds. A graduated run has a direction and tells the eye to travel inward towards the centre stone. An alternating run has no direction at all, it simply repeats, so the shoulders read as a decorative pattern in their own right rather than as an approach to the main event. Setting each stone individually with metal showing between is what allows the two sizes to stay legible; crowd them together and the small ones read as gaps rather than as diamonds. Every accent sits in its own claws with the girdle open on both sides, so even the smallest of them takes light properly.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond
Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the same optical behaviour as a mined diamond, and it is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the center stone is included at no extra charge.

How is this different from your other spaced accent ring
The other graduates three rounds per shoulder, steadily smaller travelling outward, which gives the run a direction. This one alternates two distinct sizes so the pattern repeats rather than fades.

Why alternate two sizes rather than graduate
A graduated run points the eye inward towards the centre stone. An alternating run has no direction, so the shoulders read as a pattern in their own right.

Why are the stones spaced apart
So both sizes stay legible. Crowd them together and the small stones read as gaps between the large ones rather than as diamonds in their own right.

Do the small accents actually sparkle
Yes. Each sits in its own claws with the girdle open on both sides, so light reaches it from underneath as well as above, which a bead set stone of the same size would not get.

Will a wedding band sit flush against it
Broadly yes. The accents sit low and the palm side is plain, so a straight band meets it cleanly.

Can this ring be resized
Yes, comfortably. The plain section across the palm is where a sizing cut is made.
