For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and holds a trellis head more firmly over years of knocks.

What does a three stone ring mean?
The three stones are usually read as past, present and future, one for where a couple started, one for where they are, one for what is ahead. That meaning is why trilogy rings are given for engagements and for milestone anniversaries alike.

What is a trellis setting?
A trellis setting has claws that cross over and under each other beneath the centre stone rather than rising straight up in a basket. It raises the stone, opens the sides to light, and lets the three stones sit closer together than a standard head allows.

Do the side stones add to the carat weight shown?
No. The carat option you choose is the weight of the centre round only. The pear sides are additional and are matched in proportion to the centre so the ring stays balanced at every carat weight.

Why pear side stones instead of round?
A pear tapers to a point, so it draws the eye outward along the finger and makes the whole setting look longer. Round sides give a softer, more even look. Both are available, so choose by the effect you want.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.
