An oval cut lab grown diamond sits low over a basket that is wrapped in micro pave on all four sides. The shank narrows as it rises towards the head, so the band is at its slimmest where it meets the setting and slightly wider where it rests under the finger. That taper is a small detail but it does the work of a much busier design, drawing the eye upward into the centre stone while keeping the ring balanced and easy to wear. Apart from the hidden halo there are no stones anywhere on the band.

Band details

The shank is a smooth polished band with a gentle taper, widest at the base of the finger and narrowest at the shoulders. There are no stones set into it and no engraving, which keeps the ring light, comfortable for daily wear and simple to resize. The hidden halo under the crown is set with matched micro pave diamonds on every side of the basket.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. Yellow gold gives the warm classic look shown in the photographs and frames the white centre stone. White gold, rhodium finished, makes the diamond read a shade whiter. Rose gold gives the tapered shank a softer line. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate

What is the point of a tapered shank
It makes the band look finer where it matters, right beside the diamond, while keeping enough metal at the base of the finger for strength and comfort. It is a structural detail that also reads as elegant.

What does a hidden halo actually do
It lifts the stone slightly and adds a line of light under the girdle, so the ring sparkles in profile without changing the outline from above.

Why do ovals look bigger than rounds
An oval spreads its weight along the finger rather than into depth, so for the same carat weight it presents a larger face up area and lengthens the finger.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
Yes. The base of the shank is straight, so a plain or pave band sits flush on either side with no gap.
