An oval cut lab grown diamond held in four claws over a pave hidden halo, on a plain slim band with no stones on it at all. This is the quiet version of the hidden halo. All the accent diamonds are concentrated in one place, under the girdle where they are only seen in profile, and the band below is left completely bare. From above the ring looks like a plain oval solitaire. From the side there is a second, smaller line of light that most people do not expect.

Band details

The shank is a slim plain polished band with no stones. Because all the detail sits under the stone, the band can stay narrow without the ring looking underweight, and there is no pave to check or maintain along the shoulders.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. Yellow gold gives the warm finish shown in the photographs and makes the hidden halo read as a distinct band of light in profile. Rose gold is softer. White gold, rhodium finished, keeps everything colourless. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Is the centre stone a real diamond
Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the centre stone is included at no extra cost with every order.

Can you see the hidden halo when the ring is worn
Only from the side and from close up, which is exactly the intention. From directly above the ring reads as a plain solitaire.

Why choose a hidden halo over a visible one
A visible halo widens the outline and makes the centre stone look smaller by comparison. A hidden halo adds height and light without changing the outline at all.

Is a plain band better with a hidden halo
Many people think so. With no pave on the shoulders the eye goes straight to the stone, and the halo becomes a detail you notice second rather than first.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
Yes. The shank is straight and slim, so a plain or pave band sits flush on either side with no gap.
