An oval cut lab grown diamond with a substantial round brilliant either side, on a band pave set down both shoulders. The choice of round sides rather than pears or trapezoids changes the balance of the ring completely. Pears taper and point outward, which stretches the head and draws the eye away from the centre. Rounds are symmetrical, so they sit as equal companions to the oval rather than as decoration, and because they are generously proportioned here the ring reads as a genuine three stone piece rather than a solitaire with accents. With three substantial stones plus pave running the length of the shoulders, a white metal merges everything into one continuous run of light. Yellow and rose gold keep each stone individually outlined against the metal. For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and holds both the side stone claws and the pave more securely.

Round or pear side stones, which should I choose?

Does the carat weight include the side stones?
No. The carat option you choose is the weight of the centre oval only. The round sides and the pave are additional and scale in proportion at every carat weight.

Will a wedding band sit flush?
The side stones sit low against the shank, so a straight band sits close on most sizes. We can make a matching contoured band if you want a perfect fit.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.
