An elongated cushion cut lab grown diamond in a four claw head, with a hidden halo of small diamonds set around the base and a shared claw pave running down both shoulders. The hidden halo follows the rectangular outline of the cushion rather than a circle, so from the side it reads as a bright rectangular collar that repeats the geometry of the stone above it. Between the halo and the pave there is a short span of plain metal at each shoulder, which stops the two bands of small diamonds from merging into one mass and keeps the centre stone clearly separated from the shank. E colour, VVS2 clarity throughout, free IGI certificate for the centre stone. Made to order in Surat in ten metals and four carat weights.

Metal options

Available in 925 sterling silver, 10K yellow gold, 10K rose gold, 10K white gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold and 18K white gold. A white metal lets the hidden halo and the shoulder pave read as one continuous field of light around the stone. Yellow and rose gold keep them visually separate, which suits the deliberate gap this design leaves between them. For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and holds fine shared claw pave more securely.

Frequently asked questions

What is an elongated cushion?
A cushion cut stretched into a rectangle while keeping its softly rounded corners. It runs along the finger and slims the hand the way an oval does, while retaining the antique character of a cushion.

What is a hidden halo?
A ring of small diamonds set around the base of the centre stone facing outward. From above you see only the cushion. From the side it shows as a bright collar underneath, rectangular here to follow the outline of the centre stone.

Why is there a gap between the halo and the pave?
To keep them from reading as one continuous mass of small stones. The short run of polished metal at each shoulder separates the head from the band and makes the centre stone look larger by contrast.

Does the carat option include the halo and pave?
No. The carat you choose is the weight of the cushion centre only. The hidden halo and pave diamonds are additional at every carat weight.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A free IGI certificate for the centre stone comes with every order, listing colour, clarity, cut grade and carat weight.

How long does it take to make?
Production usually takes ten to fourteen working days, plus shipping time to your address.
