This ring has no side stones and no hidden halo. The bezel rim and the shank are left in plain polished metal so the outline of the cushion is the only shape your eye follows.

Available in 925 sterling silver, 10K yellow gold, 10K rose gold, 10K white gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold and 18K white gold. A bezel puts more metal directly against the stone than any other setting, so the metal colour has a real effect here. Yellow and rose gold give a warm outline that emphasises the shape. White gold makes the rim nearly disappear against a colourless diamond. For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and keeps a bezel rim crisp for longer.

Frequently asked questions

Is a bezel setting more secure than prongs?
Yes. The stone is held by a continuous rim rather than by a few points of metal, so there are no prongs to bend, wear thin or catch and lift. For active hands, medical work, childcare or anything involving gloves, a bezel is the most practical setting we make.

Does a bezel make the diamond look smaller?
Slightly, because the rim covers the outer edge of the stone. In exchange the metal outline makes the shape read very cleanly, and many people find the trade worthwhile. If maximum face up size matters most to you, a prong or hidden halo setting shows more of the stone.

Does a bezel affect sparkle?
Less than people expect. Light enters a diamond mostly through the top, not the sides, so a well cut bezel keeps the brilliance. It does cut some of the side flashes you get from an open prong setting.

How does this differ from your half bezel cushion?
A half bezel leaves the long sides of the stone open and only caps the ends, which shows more of the diamond but gives up some of the protection. This is a full bezel, closed all the way round.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A free IGI certificate for the centre stone comes with every order, listing colour, clarity, cut grade and carat weight.

How long does it take to make?
Production usually takes ten to fourteen working days, plus shipping time to your address.
