Band details

The shank is slim and rounded, carrying the accent stations along the top of both shoulders and stopping before the base of the finger. The bezel meets the band at the ends of the oval, so the whole ring sits close to the hand.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. Yellow gold gives the warm antique reading shown in the photographs, where the gaps between accents become part of the pattern. Rose gold softens it further. White gold, rhodium finished, makes the whole ring read as one continuous line of light. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Is the centre stone a real diamond
Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the centre stone is included at no extra cost with every order.

What does east west setting mean
The long axis of the oval runs across the finger rather than along it. The stone is unchanged, only the orientation of the setting differs. It reads bolder and spans the finger more.

Why marquise accents rather than pave
Marquise stones are longer, so a small number of them cover the same length of band as a great many pave stones. The result is a lighter, more handmade look with less metal work and fewer stones to check.

Is a bezel practical for everyday
Very. There are no claws to snag or bend, and the girdle of the stone is fully protected by metal. It is one of the most hardwearing settings we make.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
Because the accents sit proud of the shank, a curved or shadow band sits closest. We can make one to match this ring.

How long does it take to make
