If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To begin a return, please contact us at mapplegems@gmail.com.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and email you to confirm receipt. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please email mapplegems@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Custom orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 48 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies to cover design and material costs already committed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full value of the item. Mapple Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on return shipments.
Items valued over $200 must be shipped with insurance and tracking.
Rush production fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable once production has begun or once the order has shipped.
Orders over $1,000 may include a complimentary gift. If you return items so that the order total falls below $1,000, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. Pierced earring gifts cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
