Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond? Yes. A lab grown diamond has the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. The only difference is that it is grown in a laboratory rather than extracted from the earth. It is graded by the same laboratories using the same criteria.

What color and clarity is the diamond in this ring? The trillion cut center stone is E color and VVS2 clarity. E is in the colorless range, and VVS2 means inclusions are very difficult to see even under ten times magnification, so the stone is completely eye clean.

What is a trillion cut? A triangular stone, usually with three equal sides. It is cut shallow and wide relative to its weight, which means it covers more surface area per carat than almost any other shape.
