Band details

The shank is a fine curved wire modelled on a vine, with leaf forms worked into each shoulder and a plain polished section at the base of the finger. Every curve is finished smooth by hand so nothing catches, and the plain lower half keeps the ring easy to resize and comfortable for daily wear.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. White gold, rhodium finished, gives the cool bright look shown in the photographs and makes the halo blend into the centre stone. Yellow gold is the natural choice for a botanical design and gives a warmer antique feel. Rose gold is the softest of the three. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Is the centre stone a real diamond
Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the centre stone is included at no extra cost with every order.

How much bigger does a halo make the stone look
A close set halo typically adds the appearance of half a carat to a carat, depending on the size of the centre stone. A 2 carat round in this setting reads closer to 2.5 carats from a normal viewing distance.

Is a halo harder to keep clean
Slightly, because there are more settings for dust to sit behind. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush handle it, and we clean and re-polish the ring free of charge for life.

Will the leaf shapes catch on clothing
No. Each leaf is polished smooth and sits close to the band rather than standing proud of it.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
A straight band will sit close on one side. Because the shoulders curve, a contoured band shaped to follow the vine gives the closest fit. We can make one to match.

How long does it take to make
