Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond? Yes. A lab grown diamond has the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. The only difference is that it is grown in a laboratory rather than extracted from the earth. It is graded by the same laboratories using the same criteria.

What color and clarity are the diamonds in this ring? Both the round brilliant center stone and the marquise leaf accents are E color and VVS2 clarity. E is in the colorless range, and VVS2 means inclusions are very difficult to see even under ten times magnification, so the stones are completely eye clean.

Why is the round brilliant the most popular engagement cut? It has 57 facets arranged specifically to return light through the top of the stone, which gives it more measurable brilliance than any other cut.
