Nature inspired rings usually fail in one of two ways. Either the organic detail is so soft that the ring looks unfinished, or it is so literal that it stops being jewellery. The way through is contrast, and that is what this design uses. The band is genuinely irregular, carved rather than cast smooth, with the two vines crossing and separating at different points so no two sections of the shank are identical, and small leaves lifting away from the metal where they meet the head. Set directly above all of that is a radiant cut, which is the most geometric shape in the catalogue, a hard rectangle with cropped corners and mechanical faceting. The two do not blend and are not meant to. The stone reads as something precise placed into something that grew, and each makes the other more obvious.

Band details

The shank is formed as two twisting vines with carved leaves worked along their length, hand finished so the texture stays crisp. The inside is smoothed and comfort rounded so the carving is only on the outer surface.

Choose 925 sterling silver, or 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. Every metal is fully hallmarked. Both white gold and rose gold are shown in the photographs, and the carved texture reads more strongly in the warmer metals.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond
Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, hardness and optical behaviour as a mined diamond and is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the center stone is included at no extra charge.

Is the carving hand finished
Yes. The vine and leaf detail is worked by hand after casting, which is why the texture stays sharp rather than looking softened.

Is a textured band comfortable
The carving is on the outside only. The inner surface is smooth and comfort rounded, so it feels like any plain band.

Will a wedding band sit against it
A straight band will touch at the high points of the vines. We can carve a matching shaped band that nests into the twist.

Can this ring be resized
Within limits, because the pattern runs around the shank. We can resize by up to about a size without disturbing the carving, and we will remake the shank for larger changes.

How long does the ring take to make
Each ring is made to order and hand carved, so allow sixteen to twenty working days before dispatch.
