An elongated radiant cut lab grown diamond held in four claws above a hidden halo, on a band set with graduated round side stones. The shoulders are not pave. Each side stone is a substantial round diamond set individually in its own claws, with polished gold between them, and they graduate in size so the largest sits nearest the centre stone and each one after it is a little smaller as the row runs down toward the back of the shank. That taper does two things. It carries the eye inward toward the radiant, and it lets the band shrink naturally in scale rather than ending abruptly. Beneath the centre stone a rectangular hidden halo follows the radiant's own outline, invisible from above and clear in profile. E colour, VVS2 clarity throughout, free IGI certificate for the centre stone. Made to order in Surat in ten metals and four carat weights.

Available in 925 sterling silver, 10K yellow gold, 10K rose gold, 10K white gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold and 18K white gold. Because the side stones are spaced rather than packed, polished metal shows clearly between them and becomes part of the rhythm. Yellow and rose gold alternate warm gold with white diamond down the shoulder, white gold turns the row into a graduated line of light. For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and holds individually claw set side stones more securely.

Frequently asked questions

What does graduated mean here?
The side stones reduce in size as the row moves away from the centre stone. The largest sits beside the head and each following stone is slightly smaller, which tapers the band visually and draws attention inward.

How is this different from a pave band?
Pave uses tiny stones packed edge to edge as a continuous strip. These are substantial individual diamonds, each in its own claws, with visible gold between them. The effect is a row of distinct stones rather than a band of glitter.

What is a hidden halo?
A ring of small diamonds set around the underside of the centre stone, below the girdle. It is invisible from above and only appears from the side. Here it is rectangular so it follows the radiant's outline.

What is a radiant cut?
A rectangular or square stone with cropped corners and brilliant style faceting, combining the outline of an emerald cut with the sparkle of a round.

Will a wedding band sit flush?
Not completely, because the claw set side stones stand proud of the shank. A contoured band solves this and we can shape one to match.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A free IGI certificate for the centre stone comes with every order, listing colour, clarity, cut grade and carat weight.
