A radiant cut lab grown diamond held at its cropped corners by four claws, with a deep hidden halo beneath, on a thin band. The setting is two tone. The head, claws and hidden halo collar are finished in white metal while the shank stays yellow, which is a deliberate old trick and still the most effective one for a colourless stone. White metal against the girdle reflects nothing warm back into the diamond, so an E colour stone stays icy and the claws vanish against it. The yellow shank then gives the ring warmth on the hand without ever touching the stone. The hidden halo here is generous, a full collar of pave circling the underside and clearly visible in profile. The band itself is left thin and completely plain. E colour, VVS2 clarity, free IGI certificate. Made to order in Surat in ten metals and four carat weights.

Band details

A thin plain band running unbroken around the finger with no pave, engraving or milgrain. All the stonework sits in the hidden halo beneath the centre. Keeping the shank narrow is what lets a large radiant dominate the hand.

Frequently asked questions

Why a two tone setting?
White metal at the head keeps a colourless diamond looking colourless. Yellow gold reflects warmth into a stone it touches, which can very slightly tint a high colour grade. Setting the head in white and the shank in yellow gives you the warmth of gold on the hand without any of it reaching the diamond.

Does the two tone finish cost extra?
No. Ask for it at checkout and we make it that way at the listed price.

What is a radiant cut?
A rectangular stone with cropped corners like an emerald cut, but faceted as a brilliant underneath. It gives the clean geometric outline of a step cut with the sparkle of a round.

What is a hidden halo?
A ring of small pave set diamonds around the collar beneath the centre stone, facing outward. It is invisible from the front and appears only in profile or as the hand moves. On this ring it is deeper than usual, which lifts the stone and adds visible light under the girdle.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A free IGI certificate for the centre stone comes with every order, listing colour, clarity, cut grade and carat weight.
