Oval Moissanite Slim Micropave Shoulder Solitaire Engagement Ring

One row of very small stones runs along each shoulder and stops well before the back of the band. There is no halo and nothing under the stone. The oval sits low on four slim prongs with plain metal on either side of it, and the pave begins a little further down.

Keeping the pave away from the setting leaves a short section of bare polished metal beside the stone, which is what makes the oval look separate rather than part of a continuous line.

How it compares

Our scallop pave design adds a hidden halo under the basket and cuts the metal into arches between the stones. This one has neither. It is the plainest pave shoulder ring we make, and the one most people choose when they want a little sparkle on the band without the ring becoming a halo ring.

The stone sits low and the pave stops early, so a straight wedding band sits flush against the shoulder without riding over any stones.

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat. Micropave this fine is beaded by hand under a microscope, and the row is cut in one pass along each shoulder so the stones stay in a straight line. Every ring is made after you order, usually within 7 to 10 working days.

Care

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush. Brush along the pave row rather than across it. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth.
