Oval Moissanite Petite Pave Rounded Band Engagement Ring

The accents on this ring are deliberately small and there are only about five on each side, set into the upper third of the shoulders and then stopping. They sit flush in the rounded surface of the band with a polished wall of metal on either side, so the band still reads as metal with a little sparkle rather than as a pave band.

The oval sits in four slim claw prongs above an open gallery. Nothing else is added.

How it compares

Our classic half pave design uses larger stones and runs them further down the shoulder, so the band reads as a line of sparkle. This one keeps the stones small and the run short. From arm's length you see a plain gold ring with a bright stone; up close you find the detail. It is the quietest of our accented designs.

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat. Small stones set into a curved surface have to be graded in depth as the curve falls away, otherwise they sit unevenly. Every ring is made after you order, usually within 7 to 10 working days.

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth.

Usually ten in total, five on each shoulder.

Can this ring be resized
Yes, freely. Most of the band is plain.

Will the small stones still sparkle
Yes, though the effect is subtle by design. If you want more light on the band, our pave and triple row styles carry many more stones.

Is moissanite hard enough for daily wear
Yes. Moissanite is 9.25 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond among stones used in jewellery.

Which finger sizes are available
