Oval Moissanite Pave Halo Split Shank Engagement Ring

A single row of pave circles the oval, and just behind it the band opens into two strands that each carry their own pave before closing again at the back. The split starts close to the halo, so from above you see a narrow teardrop of open metal on each side.

The halo stones and the shank stones are cut to the same size, which keeps the whole ring reading as one continuous line of light rather than as separate parts.

How it compares

Our micropave halo split shank uses much smaller stones for a fine, dense shimmer. This one uses larger pave throughout, so there are fewer stones but each one throws a bigger flash. If you want the split shank look with more definition rather than more sparkle, this is the one.

Wearing and stacking

The halo sits close to the finger. A curved wedding band follows the split better than a straight one, which will leave a small gap at the centre.

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat. The two strands are set as a pair so the pave lines up across the split, which is what stops the gap from looking crooked when the ring is worn. Every ring is made after you order, usually within 10 to 14 working days.

Care

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush. Work the brush through the gap between the strands, where dust collects. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth.
