Seen from above this is a plain thin band with an oval on it and nothing else. Turn the hand and the ring changes completely. The gallery beneath the stone is filled with milgrain edged scrollwork, small accents are set into the openings, and a few more sit on the underside of each shoulder where only the wearer will find them.

All the decoration on this ring is placed where it cannot be seen by anyone standing in front of you. That is the entire idea.

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat. The gallery is the most worked part of this ring and it is finished to the same standard as a visible surface, since on this design the underside is the front. Every ring is made after you order, usually within 10 to 14 working days.

Care

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush. Turn the ring over and brush the gallery from beneath. This is where everything collects and it is easy to forget precisely because you never see it. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth.
