Oval Moissanite Marquise And Round Fan Cluster Engagement Ring

A group of marquise, pear and round stones fans outward from each side of the oval, largest nearest the centre and tapering down as the group spreads along the finger. The two sides mirror each other exactly. Behind the clusters the band returns to plain polished metal.

Because the accents graduate and spread, the ring covers much more of the finger than the centre stone alone would, without ever using a wide band.

How it compares

Our wide marquise cluster band covers the entire shank and reads as a single sparkling band. This one uses the same stone shapes but keeps them in two contained groups with plain metal behind, so the ring still reads as a solitaire with wings. It is also far easier to resize than the wide version.

Wearing and stacking

The fans spread wide but sit low. A straight wedding band meets the band behind the clusters, leaving the fan clear.

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat. The two fans are set against each other stone by stone rather than to a drawn plan, because on a mirrored design the eye notices a difference between the sides long before it notices an error in either one. Every ring is made after you order, usually within 14 to 18 working days.

Care

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush. Brush between the fanned stones from several directions. The graduated gaps hold residue. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth.
