Oval Moissanite Marquise Petal Twisted Vine Engagement Ring

Three marquise stones sit beside the oval on each side, grouped and angled so they open outward like the petals of a flower. Behind them the band becomes a twisting vine, one strand pave set and milgrain edged, the other left plain.

Using marquise rather than round stones for the petals is what gives the group its shape. A pointed stone reads as a petal in a way a round one never does.

How it compares

Our vine bud design marks each turn of the vine with a single larger round stone, which reads as a bud. This one groups pointed marquise stones into open petals instead, so the botanical reference is a flower in bloom rather than one about to open. Our scattered branch design breaks the symmetry entirely.

Wearing and stacking

The petals spread wider than the band. A curved wedding band that follows their outline sits better than a straight one.

Mapple Gems is a family run workshop in Surat. The six marquise stones are set to a drawn template so the angle between each petal is identical on both sides, which is what keeps a flower motif from looking wilted. Every ring is made after you order, usually within 10 to 14 working days.

Care

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft brush. Brush around the base of each petal and along the vine. The gaps between the petals collect residue. Rinse and dry with a lint free cloth.
