An oval cut lab grown diamond in four flat strap claws, sitting on a hidden halo built as a straight squared bar rather than an oval ring, over a domed band with graduated pavé running along the crest and polished metal left on either side of it.

Most hidden halos trace the outline of the stone above them, so an oval centre gets an oval halo. This one does not. The concealed row is built as a straight sided bar with square corners, which means that seen from the side the under head reads as a clean rectangle with the oval floating above it. It is a deliberate contrast of geometry, curve over straight line, and it also makes the halo sit flatter and lower than a curved one would, so the head keeps a modest height. The band underneath is domed rather than flat, and the pavé does not fill its width. Instead the stones run in a single graduated row along the very crest of the dome, largest where they meet the head and tapering as they descend, with a strip of polished gold left visible on each side of the row. That margin of plain metal is what stops the shoulders looking busy and lets the graduated row read as a line of light rather than a paved surface.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond
Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the same optical behaviour as a mined diamond, and it is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate

What is a squared hidden halo
A concealed row of diamonds beneath the centre stone built as a straight sided bar with square corners instead of tracing the oval outline of the stone above it.

Why square the halo under an oval stone
It sets a straight line against a curve, which makes both shapes more noticeable, and a squared halo sits flatter than a curved one so the head stays lower on the finger.

Can you see the hidden halo when the ring is worn
Not from directly above. It appears when the hand turns, which is the point of a concealed halo.

What does pavé along the crest mean
The band is domed, and the diamonds run in a single row along the highest line of that dome, with polished metal left visible on both sides of the row.

Why graduate the pavé
Graduating the stones from large at the head to small down the shank draws the eye toward the centre stone and makes the band appear to taper even where its width is unchanged.

How is this different from your other hidden halo pavé rings
Others use curved halos, double rows, full width pavé, knife edge shanks or shared prong bands. This is the only one combining a squared halo bar with a single graduated row along the crest of a domed band.

A graduated row only works if every stone in it is matched to its neighbours in colour and cut, and a concealed halo has to match the centre stone it sits beneath even though it is barely seen.
