An oval cut lab grown diamond in six claws over a completely bare basket, on a band where marquise and round diamonds alternate the entire way round the finger, every stone the same size as its counterpart and each held in its own claws.

The alternating sequence here is not a shoulder detail. It continues past the shoulders, across the palm and back to the head, closing the circle, so this is an eternity band built out of two shapes instead of one. Two decisions follow from that. The stones are kept uniform rather than graduated, because a run that never ends has no destination to graduate towards, and any change in size would look like an error rather than a progression once the pattern comes round on itself. And the head is left completely bare: six plain claws, no halo hidden or visible, no collar, nothing set beneath the girdle. A ring already carrying a full circle of alternating diamonds does not need more light at the centre, it needs somewhere for the eye to stop. Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond
Yes. It has the same carbon crystal structure, the same hardness of 10 on the Mohs scale and the same optical behaviour as a mined diamond, and it is graded on the same scales by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the center stone is included at no extra charge.

How is this different from your other alternating marquise and round ring
The other runs its accents along the shoulders only, graduates the marquise larger towards the head, and sits over a hidden halo. This one carries the alternating sequence the complete way round as an eternity, keeps every stone the same size, and has no halo at all.

Why are the stones not graduated
A sequence that closes on itself has no destination to graduate towards. Once the pattern comes round to where it started, any change in size reads as a mistake rather than a progression.

Why is the head left completely bare
Because the band is already carrying a full circle of diamonds. Adding a halo would leave the eye nowhere to rest and would make the centre stone harder to read, not easier.

Are the marquise points protected
Yes. Each point sits under its own claw, and the marquise stones lie along the line of the band rather than projecting outward from it.

Can a full eternity ring be resized
Only within a very narrow margin, because a sizing cut would fall through set stones. This is why we make it to your measured size, and why we offer a shoulder only version if your size may change.

Is it comfortable with stones on the palm side
Yes. The accents sit low and the interior is comfort rounded, so nothing projects against the finger.
