An oval cut lab grown diamond enclosed in a full rub over bezel, with a small cluster set against each side made of one pear pointing inward and two round diamonds above and below it. The accents are what give this ring its character. They are not pave, not a halo and not a row along the shoulders. Each stone is set individually with clear gaps of polished gold between it and its neighbours, so the group appears to float beside the bezel rather than attach to it, scattered like a constellation rather than laid out in a line. The pear points its tip toward the centre stone and the two rounds sit off axis above and below, which breaks the symmetry just enough to keep the arrangement looking organic. Metal options

Available in 925 sterling silver, 10K yellow gold, 10K rose gold, 10K white gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold and 18K white gold. The floating effect depends on seeing gold between the stones, so the metal colour is doing real work here. Yellow and rose gold make the gaps read clearly and the accents look scattered, white gold closes the visual distance so the cluster merges toward the centre stone. For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and holds individually set accents more securely.

Frequently asked questions

What does floating mean here?
Each accent stone is set on its own with visible polished metal around it, rather than packed against its neighbours as in pave or a halo. The gaps are what make the stones appear to float beside the bezel.

Why mix pears and rounds?
A pear has direction, so pointing it at the centre stone draws the eye inward, while rounds have none and simply add points of light. Using both gives the cluster a sense of movement that six identical stones would not.

Is a bezel more secure than claws?
Yes. A bezel grips the whole perimeter of the stone at once rather than at four or six points, and there is nothing to bend, wear or catch.

Does an oval look bigger than a round of the same weight?
Generally yes. An oval spreads its weight across a longer surface, presenting more face up area than a round of identical carat.

Will a wedding band sit flush?
Not completely, because the accent clusters extend beyond the width of the shank near the head. A contoured band solves this and we can shape one to match.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A free IGI certificate for the centre stone comes with every order, listing colour, clarity, cut grade and carat weight.
