An oval cut lab grown diamond claw set with four small round diamonds arranged in an arc on either side, on a plain polished band. The accents are not set in a straight row along the shoulders. They curve outward from the widest point of the oval, each stone a little smaller than the last, so the group follows the shape of the centre stone rather than running past it. That is what makes the head read as one wider ellipse instead of a solitaire with pave beside it. Because the arcs stop where they stop, the rest of the band is left completely bare and the ring keeps a slim profile despite carrying eight extra stones. E colour, VVS2 clarity throughout, free IGI certificate for the centre stone. Made to order in Surat in ten metals and four carat weights.

Metal options

Available in 925 sterling silver, 10K yellow gold, 10K rose gold, 10K white gold, 14K yellow gold, 14K rose gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold and 18K white gold. The accents are individually claw set with metal visible between them, so a warm metal makes each read as a separate point of light while white gold merges the arc into the outline of the oval and makes the head look widest. For daily wear 14K is harder than 18K and holds small individually set accents more securely.

Frequently asked questions

How is a cluster arc different from a halo?
A halo encircles the centre stone completely. These arcs sit only at the sides and stop, so the top and bottom of the oval stay open against bare metal. It widens the head without closing the outline in.

Why do the accents graduate in size?
So the group tapers away from the centre stone rather than ending abruptly. Graduating the stones is what makes an arc read as deliberate rather than as a row that ran out of room.

Does the carat option include the accents?
No. The carat you choose is the weight of the oval centre only. The eight accent diamonds are additional at every carat weight.

Does an oval look bigger than a round of the same weight?
Generally yes. An oval spreads its weight across a longer surface, presenting more face up area than a round of identical carat, and the elongated outline flatters the finger.

Is a lab grown diamond a real diamond?
Yes. Same carbon structure, hardness and brilliance as a mined diamond. Only the origin differs.

Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A free IGI certificate for the centre stone comes with every order, listing colour, clarity, cut grade and carat weight.

How long does it take to make?
