A marquise cut lab grown diamond is set point to point along the finger, and the band beneath it continues the same shape in miniature. Small marquise accents laid lengthways alternate with round brilliants down each shoulder, each stone claw set on its own with a short length of polished metal between. Because the accents echo the outline of the centre stone rather than contrasting with it, the whole ring reads as one long tapering line of light on the finger. It is a vintage idea executed cleanly, without milgrain or engraving.

Band details

The shank is a fine polished wire carrying an alternating pattern of marquise and round accent diamonds. The marquise accents lie along the line of the band so the pattern flows around the finger, and the round brilliants sit between them as bright points. The lower half of the shank is left plain and rounded for comfort and easy resizing. All accents are matched to the centre stone for colour and clarity.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. Yellow gold gives the warm antique feel shown in the photographs. White gold, rhodium finished, turns the accent band into a continuous run of light with no visible metal. Rose gold sits between the two. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Is the centre stone a real diamond
Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the centre stone is included at no extra cost with every order.

Does a marquise make the finger look longer
Yes. Of all the diamond shapes, the marquise has the greatest length for its carat weight, so it elongates the finger more than any other cut. The matching accents extend that effect down the band.

Are marquise points fragile
The two tips are the thinnest part of the stone, so each one sits under a prong that wraps over the point rather than beside it. The accent marquises are set the same way.

Will the accents catch on clothing
No. They are set low against the band and every claw is polished smooth by hand before the ring is packed.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
Yes. The shank is straight, so a plain band sits flush on either side. A plain band is usually the best pairing so the accent pattern stays the feature.
