An emerald cut lab grown diamond held in four claws with a single round accent diamond set at each of the four corners, on a thin plain band. The corner stones do the work a halo would do, but with four stones instead of forty. They break up the hard rectangular outline just enough to soften it, they mark the corners so the shape reads clearly from a distance, and they leave the long flat sides of the emerald cut completely open.

Band details

The shank is a thin plain polished band with no stones along the shoulders. The four corner accents sit at the head of the ring and nothing else interrupts the metal, which keeps the design very quiet for something with five diamonds in it.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. White gold, rhodium finished, gives the cool architectural look shown in the photographs. Yellow gold outlines each corner accent warmly and reads more antique. Rose gold is the softest. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Is the centre stone a real diamond
Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the centre stone is included at no extra cost with every order.

Why put accents only at the corners
A full halo widens the whole outline and makes the centre stone look smaller. Four corner stones give you a little extra sparkle and a softer outline while leaving the emerald cut itself untouched.

Why does an emerald cut sparkle differently
It is a step cut. Long parallel facets act like mirrors and give broad flashes rather than fine scintillation. It shows the clarity of the stone very openly, which is why we use VVS2.

Are the corner accents secure
Each is individually claw set rather than glued or channel packed. We recommend a check every 12 to 18 months, which we do free of charge.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
Yes. The shank is straight and the accents sit at the head, so a plain band sits flush on either side with no gap.

How long does it take to make
Made to order rings usually leave our workshop within 10 to 14 working days. We confirm the date by email once your size is set.
