An elongated radiant cut lab grown diamond held in four claws on a thin plain band. No pave, no halo, no side stones. Everything about this ring exists to make the stone look as large as possible, and a long radiant on a narrow polished shank is one of the most effective ways to do that. The claws grip the cropped corners so the flat sides of the stone are left completely open, and the band is kept deliberately fine so it disappears against the finger.

Band details

The shank is a thin plain polished band with no stones anywhere on the ring. It is one of the narrowest profiles we make. We increase the wall thickness under the setting so the band stays slim in appearance without losing strength beneath the stone.

Metal options

Choose 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating, or solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, rose or white. Yellow gold gives the warm minimal look shown in the photographs and contrasts strongly with the colourless stone. Rose gold reads softer. White gold, rhodium finished, makes the band recede almost entirely so the diamond appears to float. Every metal is hallmarked and every carat weight is available in every metal.

Is the centre stone a real diamond
Yes. A lab grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond and is graded on the same scale by the same laboratories.

Does the ring come with a certificate
Yes. An IGI certificate for the centre stone is included at no extra cost with every order.

What is an elongated radiant
It is a radiant cut with a longer length to width ratio, usually around 1.4 to 1.6. It keeps the brilliant faceting of a standard radiant but stretches the outline, which lengthens the finger and increases face up size.

Why choose a plain band over pave
A plain band puts nothing between the eye and the centre stone, so the diamond reads larger. It is also easier to keep clean and pairs with any wedding band you choose later.

Is a thin band strong enough for a large stone
Yes. The section is thickened where the load is carried under the setting. For 4 and 5 carat centres we recommend 14K or 18K gold over sterling silver.

Can I wear a wedding band beside it
Yes. The straight thin shank sits flush against a plain or pave band with no gap on either side.

How long does it take to make
